How long does my listing stay live?
A Basic listing runs for 30 days; a Featured listing stays live for 60 days and is pinned to the top the whole time. You can edit either one anytime during that window at no extra cost.
What’s the difference between Basic and Featured?
Both put your role in search and category pages and send applications straight to you. Featured adds maximum visibility — it’s pinned to the top for 60 days, shared across Workew’s social channels, and typically gets up to 5× more views than a standard listing.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every listing is a one-time payment — nothing recurring and no auto-renewal. You only pay again if you choose to post another role.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and UnionPay. Apple Pay and Google Pay work where available, and a receipt is emailed automatically.
When does my job go live?
As soon as payment is confirmed your listing goes through a quick review and is typically live within a few hours — often much sooner.
Can I edit my listing after it’s published?
Yes. Log in to your dashboard, open the listing and update any field — title, description, application link and more — anytime during its run, with no extra fees.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a full refund before your listing is published. After it goes live, refunds are available if no applications or candidate referrals are generated within the first 7 days; otherwise we’ll gladly offer a credit or discount toward a future listing. Just contact us.
Do you offer discounts for hiring multiple roles?
Yes. If you’re posting several roles, our Basic or Featured bundles lower the per-listing price — see the bundles option on this page, or contact us for a custom quote on 10+ roles.
