What is Workew?
Workew is one of the world’s largest remote work communities, with 1M+ monthly visitors. We help companies hire remote talent and candidates find fully-remote jobs across engineering, marketing, design, support, sales and more — with AI tools to help you apply smarter.
Are all jobs on Workew fully remote?
Yes — every role listed on Workew is 100% remote. We don’t accept hybrid or in-office positions. Many roles do specify a region (Remote US, Remote EMEA, etc.) for timezone or legal reasons.
Is Workew free to use?
For candidates, yes — browsing jobs, applying, posting a resume and job alerts are free, plus 1 AI job score and 1 AI cover letter every 24 hours. For unlimited AI and a featured resume there’s Workew Pro, an optional $9 / 30-day upgrade. Employers pay to post listings; see our pricing page for details.
Do I need an account?
You can browse jobs without an account. You’ll need a free account to save jobs, create alerts, post a resume or post a job. Sign up from your account page.
For candidates
How do I apply to a job?
Open any job page and click Apply. You’ll be sent to the employer’s application page (their ATS, careers site or email). Workew doesn’t intermediate — your application goes straight to the employer.
How do I post a resume?
Head to Post a resume, fill in your details, skills and nationality, and submit. Employers searching Find candidates will be able to discover you.
Can I download my resume as a PDF?
Yes. From your public resume page, click Download PDF to get a branded one-page version. Recruiters can do the same from your profile.
How do job alerts work?
Set up an alert from your account with a keyword, region or job type, and we email you matching new jobs on a daily, weekly or fortnightly schedule. Free members get one alert; Workew Pro members can create as many as they like.
What are AI job scores and cover letters?
From any job page you can run an AI job score — it matches your resume to the role and shows a percentage plus your key strengths and gaps — and generate a tailored cover letter in seconds. Free members get one of each every 24 hours; Workew Pro unlocks unlimited use, and everything is saved in your account.
What is Workew Pro?
An optional upgrade for candidates — $9 for 30 days, one-time (not a subscription). It unlocks unlimited AI job scores and cover letters, unlimited job alerts, and features your resume so recruiters spot you first. Learn more.
Will employers see my email address?
Never directly. Employers contact you through a form on your resume page; their message is relayed to your inbox and you choose whether to reply.
How do I delete my account?
From your profile, open the Danger zone, type DELETE to confirm and we’ll permanently erase your account and all associated data — resumes, alerts, saved jobs and applications.
For employers
How do I post a job?
Go to Post a job, fill in the role and company details, choose a plan and submit. Your listing is reviewed and goes live within hours.
How long do job posts stay live?
A Basic listing stays live for 30 days. A Featured listing stays live for 60 days, pinned to the top, shared on our socials and highlighted across the site for maximum visibility.
Can I edit a job after it’s published?
Yes — log in to your dashboard, find the listing and edit any field. Major changes may go through a quick re-review.
How do I receive applications?
You choose. Add an application URL pointing to your ATS or a contact email — candidates apply directly through that channel.
Can I search candidates directly?
Yes. Find candidates lets you search posted resumes by keyword, category and nationality. Active job posters get full search; everyone else sees the five most recent profiles.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and UnionPay. A receipt is emailed automatically after payment.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a full refund before your listing is published. After it goes live, refunds are available if no applications or candidate referrals are generated within the first 7 days; otherwise we’ll offer a credit or discount toward a future listing. Just contact us.
