OVERVIEW

In this role, you will support the Morning Brew Inc social video team’s community management efforts by engaging with users, providing comment moderation and helping to foster a positive and dynamic environment across our social audiences.

This role will report to the Social Lead, Video.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

– Moderating Morning Brew Inc’s comment section and ensuring it is a respectful and positive environment

– Respond to user comments in the Morning Brew Inc tone of voice.

– Publish social video content across all of Morning Brew Inc’s social profiles

– Identify and report on audience feedback and trends

– Assist in identifying opportunities to improve community engagement and support efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage users in a friendly and professional manner.

– Familiarity with social media platforms

– Interest in business and finance news

COMPENSATION $18.00/hour
