Lime is looking for a Senior System Engineer. This role is an integral part of supporting User Technology across the entire organization. This role works on the design, installation, configuration, implementation and support of all Users systems & applications, providing technical guidance, oversight and acting as a point of escalation for all User systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-level engineering support across platforms, including project-based Technology endeavors (60%)
  • Take the initiative to recommend, implement and document new processes and procedures to enable faster resolution of issues and function as a “Tier 3” of support for complex issues
  • Provide senior level support on projects which may include software research, hardware research, process and policy changes and respective implementation plans
  • Provide senior level system administration & support for User systems & applications (Examples: Okta/O365/JAMF)
  • Maintain Enterprise-level applications, software & hardware (30%)
  • Manage and administer Atlassian Cloud deployments of Jira and Confluence while owning a variety of Collaboration and Messaging apps, such as Slack, Box, Miro, Asana, Smartsheet, Lucidchart,
  • Ensurethe improvement & implementation of life-cycle management for a wide range of applications & tools while providing clear documentation for maintained support
  • Ensure the security and compliance of all BT Engineering applications and systems, continuously improving our security posture in collaboration with Lime Security and IT Compliance
  • Automate tasks and processes for the IT organization and Lime organization as a whole (10%)
  • Assist in the development of KPIs & provide crucial data for reportingIdentify, analyze & resolve incidents within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Work with other support teams to escalate and/or resolve issues (Network Engineering, System Analysts, Database Support, Help Desk)
  • Proactively communicate the status of incidents and requests to team and customers on a timely basis

About You:

  • Advanced Level – 6-8 years of senior level experience providing system administration support in both Mac and PC environments such as Okta/AWS/GSuite/Workspace One/Active Directory
  • Working experience troubleshooting mobile operating systems (iOS and Android).
  • Knowledge of using REST APIs for scripts and automations, and experience scripting and automating with Python or similar programming language
  • Detail oriented, self-organized and capable of simultaneously managing multiple work tracks of varying complexity; keeps information recorded according to agreed process in structured order.
  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills across all levels within and outside the company; must be a proactive communicator upward to management.
  • Strong ability to research and troubleshoot a new technology or system quickly and effectively, and to plan and execute the deployment of that system
  • Positive can-do partnership attitude while collaborating with other teams and business stakeholders

In accordance with Colorado State Law, if the candidate selected for this job resides in Colorado, the anticipated minimum salary will be $91,000 plus bonus and equity (when eligible), as well as benefits. Exact salary will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of management discretion and employee performance.
