With our growth comes the need for a Senior Recruiter to support hiring top talent across engineering, product, operations and other roles. This role will have the opportunity to grow into Head of Recruiting.
This is a critical role during a hyper-growth phase and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, acts quickly, and is passionate about building systems to support a smart, hard-working distributed team.
Some of the things you’ll do:
- Hands on full-cycle recruiting for the key roles
- Work closely with the hiring managers to light up new positions and move candidates through the recruiting pipeline
- Build up recruiting strategy at scale
- Own and increase the talent pipeline of the organization
- Assemble a recruiting team to support you in the process
To succeed here, you’ll need:
- Experience. You have be responsible for numerous critical roles and have successfully recruited across engineering, product, marketing, design etc
- Teamwork. Successfully coordinated with sourcers and coordinators to close candidates
- Skill. Well-verse in Greenhouse (ATS), Notion, Google Docs, Google Sheets as well as possess the ability to write clearly and concisely
- Communication. You are able to clearly articulate the company’s vision to potential candidates
- Strategic thinking. You think about recruiting holistically and have desire to establish systems and practices that work at scale
- Ambition. You have the desire to grow with the organization and leave a legacy through your work in recruiting
- Adaptability. The company is evolving quickly. You will have the opportunity to grow to a leadership position and build the first recruiting team at Speechify
