Bumble is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support Bumble Date and serve at the intersection of product and marketing — championing our consumers to influence the product roadmap, increasing adoption of existing features, and owning go-to-market strategy for new features. You’ll be responsible for promoting Bumble in ways that strengthen our brand, drive product adoption, and turn Bumble members into advocates. As the voice of the customer, your goal will be to work cross-functionally to launch new and enduring features that drive market share, and influence product and marketing decisions to ensure they meet the needs of our customers.

The position will report to the Assoc. Dir. of Product Marketing.

The role location can be UK remote or located in London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be a go-to-market expert: lead and coordinate go-to-market efforts globally to support product launches and scaled adoption

Build outstanding market positioning and messaging, and own the customer voice in roadmap decisions.

Lead development of compelling marketing strategies and creative to fuel brand, user education, and member advocacy.

Partner with our Research & Insights team to better understand community needs, the industry landscape, and consumer trends that translate into tangible hypotheses for experimentation.

Use your understanding of the industry and ecosystem, coupled with an understanding of our product, to influence product and business decisions.

Act as a partner to the product management, product design, CRM, brand marketing, and UX copywriting teams to position, message, and bring to life features that are joyful and simple to use.

Serve as an internal advocate for customer needs; gain and maintain an in-depth and empathic understanding of users’ problems, needs and desires that will help drive product innovation.

Support the culture of marketing as a mission-oriented, user-centric, and data centric organization.

EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

2+ years of product marketing experience, having led entire global go-to-market efforts preferably in consumer tech and mobile apps industries.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to translate conceptual initiatives into detailed operating plans with the support of, and for execution across, multiple internal teams.

Familiarity with consumer tech, mobile apps, products, and markets.

Hands on style of working, willing to roll up sleeves and work with teams versus delegating to others.

Natural communicator who effortlessly takes complex technology solutions and crafts simple, powerful and compelling audience specific propositions.

Experience working closely with product teams.

Project management skills to prioritize tasks and align across teams

Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Impact focused, with a strong focus on KPIs and performance analysis.

Proven track record in identifying and targeting multiple customer segments with bespoke positioning and marketing content.

Experience in managing and working with multiple stakeholders to align and gain approval for the product / solution roadmap.

Excellent at influencing key stakeholders to drive decision making.

Focused to support the business to grow user base & revenue.
