As an Onboarding Program Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting this mission by leading initiatives that enhance our onboarding processes for external users. You will manage projects related to onboarding strategies, develop engaging content and guided flows within our platform, coordinate webinars and communications, and drive continuous improvements to our core onboarding programs. Your work will directly contribute to providing a seamless, secure, and user-friendly experience aligned with Sumsub’s innovative verification solutions powered by AI.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage and execute projects related to onboarding team initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop, design, and maintain onboarding courses and content aimed at external users, fostering a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Build and continuously improve in-product onboarding checklists or guided flows to enhance user adoption.
  • Coordinate the planning, content creation, and execution of webinars, including scheduling, content development, and promotion.
  • Manage communication strategies with users, including drafting emails, setting frequencies, and monitoring engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding processes and improve overall user experience.
  • Support other onboarding core initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

About You:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in onboarding or training programs.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing learning programs and educational content for external users.
  • Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Knowledge of in-product onboarding tools, guided flows, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with a passion for improving user onboarding experiences.
  • Experience with webinar tools and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with product analytics and user engagement metrics.
  • Educational background in business, education, communications, or related fields.
