Join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator, where precision meets creativity. We are on the lookout for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to take the lead in planning and executing exceptional events. In this role, you will not only be the driving force behind our events but also contribute to various marketing activities, particularly in the digital realm, making a significant impact on our overall marketing success.


Event Planning:

  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage all event aspects, from logistics and swag to collateral and vendor coordination, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for attendees.
  • Handle administrative tasks associated with marketing initiatives, with a specific focus on event planning.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, internal meetings, and databases to ensure smooth event coordination.

Digital Marketing and Social:

  • Provide support for digital marketing channels, with a focus on social media (LinkedIn and Facebook), email, and blogs.
  • Create and schedule engaging content across social platforms, maintaining brand consistency in collaboration with other teams.
  • Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns and work towards maintaining a unified brand voice online.


  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player with collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to take on new challenges and get hands dirty when needed.


  • Previous experience as a marketing coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Experience in planning and executing social media, particularly on LinkedIn and Facebook (organic and paid).
  • Knowledge of HubSpot (marketing and sales hubs).


1 Month:

  • Build relationships with the Go-To-Market team, including marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Learn Yembo’s marketing events process, methodologies, and the tools used on a daily basis.
  • Demonstrate comfortability taking on event-related tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Leverage every opportunity to learn about the market, our business, and the industry.

3 Months:

  • Manage the coordination of multiple events simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate comfortability with cross-team communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee scheduling of social media posts.
  • Be proficient in using Yembo’s suite of products.

6+ Months:

  • Inspire confidence in internal stakeholders as the event expert, hitting deadlines, answering questions independently, and planning future events.
  • Understand conference priorities based on company goals.
  • Possess sufficient market, business, and industry knowledge.
  • Plan and execute social media schedules and support other digital marketing projects.

Salary: $56,000

*Based on a variety of factors, including location, relevant skills, and years of experience.
