Then you are the right person to become our Head of Product Marketing (m/f/d) at Sastrify! We have just raised a $15 million funding round to strengthen our position as the leading SaaS procurement provider in Europe. Now it’s time to ignite the next stage in International growth!

We are looking for an experienced Head of Product Marketing (m/f/d) responsible for building and owning our content marketing program at Sastrify. You will build our Product Marketing organization to support our business growth, partnering with the broader Marketing team as well as Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams. Build the core product marketing muscle that will attract, educate, convert, and help grow Sastrify customers across their lifecycle journey from prospect to raving fan.

What you’ll do as our Head of Product Marketing (m/f/d)

  • Reporting to the VP of Marketing, developing strategy and growing and leading the Product marketing team
  • Working closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to develop revenue-driving product marketing campaigns that generate revenue and increase customer lifetime value
  • Developing deep Sastrify product understanding, product messaging, and positioning that sets us apart from competitors, demonstrates understanding of our customers’ needs, and accelerates our business growth Internationally
  • Empowering our Sales team with playbooks, customer stories, competitive positioning and a strong feedback loop between the marketing and product teams.
  • Defining our target audiences and buying personas, understand and document the buying process for our solution, and create content and resources that map to the customer journey including one-sheets, videos, webinars, blogs, sales enablement, and more
  • Owning the product launch strategy and execution, including all product campaigns
  • Developing guidelines/direction around Sastrify’s target audience, positioning/messaging (value propositions), pricing, and promotions.
  • Working with the Demand Generation and Revenue Ops teams to measure and report on the results of all product marketing initiatives to continuously improve content effectiveness and business impact; take a data-driven approach to product marketing campaign strategy
  • Scaling your team: Manage and grow the team of content freelancers and a small content team of 3+ reports

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of proven track record of building and leading startup & mid-market product marketing teams with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions.
  • You have demonstrated experience working with product and sales teams and you are able to point to moments when you have influenced the product roadmap and times that you have helped drive a revenue number through your product marketing work
  • You have ability to turn complex topics into understandable, actionable, persuasive product marketing assets
  • You are very customer-centric with experience in generating qualitative and quantitative insights and using those insights to inform your marketing strategies
  • You are fluent in the modern marketing tool stack including Hubspot, Webflow, Asana, and more
  • You possess relevant customer industry know-how and network, especially in B2B SaaS and selling to Tech Companies (C-Level, CTO, CFO and C-1).
  • You thrive in coaching and enabling your content team and helping your team meet deadlines and deliver on expectations
  • You have the ability to make fast decisions and you consistently aim to get to the best solution for the company and our people. We always challenge the status quo, while listening and learning from one another
  • You possess great interpersonal skills and are a strong communicator
  • You have strong analytical skills and you can break down complex problems
  • You have outstanding written and oral ability in English, German is a plus
  • You are comfortable working remotely (we don’t have an office)
