Ahrefs is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR). Reporting in to the marketing team, this role will help us drive demand generation and outbound lead acquisition in key markets. This is a highly hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll work closely with marketing team to build structured outbound programs, identify high-value prospects, and create opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do
- Identify our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) by analysing existing customer data and gathering insights from Ahrefs enterprise team.
- Generate and qualify leads by building structured target account lists across key regions (US, UK, Europe, APAC).
- Enrich prospect data using third-party tools to ensure high-quality targeting.
- Find and validate contact details of key decision-makers using tools like Apollo, Lusha, Clay or similar.
- Develop demand generation strategies in collaboration with marketing, crafting high-impact outbound engagement plays tailored to specific industries and regions.
- Drive rapid execution, moving from research to outreach at speed to start generating tangible pipeline results.
