Payton Hogue Pets Services, Inc.  is a fast growing pet care and animal supply services brand based in Texas and the Executive Director (Peyton Hogue), is seeking an Executive Assistant to manage a range of administrative and personal tasks.

As Executive Assistant, you will manage Payton’s mail forwarding and schedules, manage orders, and ensure these obligations are fulfilled. You will also support Payton in the high-level oversight of a rapidly growing multi million animal hospitality portfolio by maintaining records and helping to follow up with requests from our partners and CPAs. This is a great opportunity for someone who can create orders from chaos. You will work independently after the supervising manager must have lead you through scope and insights of all it entails and what you need to do, show initiative, and do the necessary tasks to make operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and proactive, thrives on organization, structure, and efficiency, is meticulous with details and can excel in an environment that often requires multitasking. You must have great communication skills. The position requires someone who is intelligent, professional, smart, and a nice person with a great work ethic. Secretarial experience would be very helpful but not necessary.

Workload will increase or decrease based on a variety of factors and there is no set schedule, but candidates must be prepared to dedicate about 30 hours per week to this opportunity. This position is based in Texas (Arlington and Dallas) but can be remote and could feasibly be performed in addition to other commitments if sufficient flexibility and bandwidth exist so you can carry out your duties at your convenient time to meet up with the weekly deadline.

Please note that this position is not a typical 9 to 5 and may require work in the morning, evenings, or weekends if needed but in rare situations.
