About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior People Operations Analyst to join our growing Planning, Operations and Analytics team. In this role, you will play a key role in using data to drive insights and inform decisions related to our most valuable asset: our people.

This is not just another analyst role. You will be a strategic partner, working closely with leaders across the organization (including senior leadership) to identify critical business challenges and use people data to tell the story behind the numbers. You’ll have the opportunity to:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science).
  • 7+ years of experience in a people analytics or related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional skills in Excel and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python).
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with BigQuery
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is:

$190,800 – $267,100 USD
