We’re looking for a bold, creative, performance-obsessed Marketing leader to elevate our brand, amplify our voice, and build a pipeline that moves the needle. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CRO—with full ownership of marketing across demand gen, content, digital, and brand. Data drives your decisions. Results speak for you.
What You’ll Own
Marketing Strategy & GTM Activation
- Architect and execute our full-funnel marketing strategy to drive pipeline for land, expand, retain – aka, the bowtie.
- Data is your happy place, you find the following bullets nearly, if not, impossible to do without it.
- Translate complex offerings into customer-centric messaging that resonates across industries, verticals, and geos.
- Power up demand gen across digital, partnerships, and ABM – with a heavy emphasis on enterprise pipeline growth.
- Drive innovative AI-powered demand and revenue generation strategies (organic and paid media, events, partnerships) to deliver qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
- Lead with content that builds credibility, elevates thought leadership, and positions us as the partner for outsourced success.
- Create buzz and brand heat in a crowded market using bold campaigns, untapped channels, and high-impact storytelling.
- Track industry shifts and trends in CX, moderation, AI, and digital services to keep our marketing strategy one step ahead.
- Develop a marketing innovation roadmap that includes non-traditional media, community-driven strategies, and conversational channels (e.g., chat, voice, virtual spaces).
- Stay ahead of market trends to anticipate shifts in buying behavior and integrate future-focused tactics into the marketing playbook.
Team Leadership + Ops Excellence
- Build, coach, and scale a high-performing team across product marketing, content, demand gen, and brand.
- Oversee marketing operations – budgets, performance analytics, tech stack, attribution, and funnel visibility.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, Services Delivery, and Tech to ensure alignment on GTM strategy, ICPs, and revenue goals.
- Drive ABM and vertical marketing strategies that turn high-value targets into long-term customers.
- Create a culture of experimentation – pilot emerging tactics, test new formats, and harness the power of AI for speed and scale.
You Bring
- 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership, with strong experience in global SaaS, digital services, services-based B2B environments.
- Deep knowledge of complex sales cycles, enterprise buying groups, and high-stakes customer engagement.
- Proven track record of building and scaling marketing teams that generate revenue.
- Fluency in ABM / demand gen, digital marketing, and GTM strategy.
- Strategic, data-savvy, and creative – you can go from boardroom to brainstorm without skipping a beat.
- Experience working in remote, global organizations and managing distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
