- Oversee the management of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, ensuring 99.99% uptime of services and implementing robust security measures
- Drive talent acquisition and retention efforts, conducting quarterly performance reviews and creating professional development plans for team members
About You:
- Over 10 years of progressive software engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership, managing large-scale, mission-critical projects
- Proven track record leading geographically distributed engineering teams of 30+ members
- Strong technical background in .NET, Python, or similar languages, with proficiency in cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and knowledge of DevOps practices
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, and strategic problem-solving
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to influence without direct authority
- Proficiency in project management, resource allocation, and balancing technical decisions with business needs
- Results-oriented, adaptable to ambiguity, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule to support global teams
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect), Agile, and PMP are beneficial; willingness to travel occasionally to international office locations
