Who We’re Looking for:

Therabody is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to create cohesive, engaging, and inspiring consumer

experiences across both physical and digital retail environments. The role will spearhead the implementa=on

of in-store display programs and digital merchandising strategies, ensuring a seamless and consistent

consumer journey across assigned accounts in North America. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye

for design, a passion for retail trends, and the ability to translate Therabody’s brand identity into compelling

in-store and online presentations optimized for conversion.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the end-to-end project management of in-store visual merchandising initiative, from concept design through to final execution, ensuring timely delivery within budgetary parameters
    • Develop comprehensive program briefs and manage the bid process, including requirement collation, tendering, reviewing and closing out
    • Brief approved partners to create 3D renderings and technical drawings for new space opportunities and product launches
    • Oversee the design development process to ensure in-store merchandising solutions serve and align with the target consumer needs
    • Coordinate with local suppliers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and specifications, ensuring the highest possible quality production. Conduct post-installation visits to verify quality and compliance
    • Lead internal design team briefings and work closely with the designers to deliver conversion-optimized print assets for displays
    • Ensure all in-store merchandising is best in class, clearly establishing Therabody as the leader in the category with compelling design and relevant consumer education
    • Uphold brand image standards and guidelines, ensuring visual presentation, storytelling and messaging remain consistent across all channels
    • Partner with Therabody retail store teams to develop product display solutions, signage for key SKUs, and window concepts
    • Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to manage display product forecasting, SKU setup and shipping rates
    • Oversee field team partners to regularly audit in-store displays, coordinating repairs and maintenance where necessary
    • Support international teams in executing the global visual merchandising strategy, ensuring consistency in visual presentation and brand messaging worldwide
    • Ensure all project costs are tracked and recorded within budget parameters
    • Handle general administrative tasks, including PO raising, invoicing, tender processes, and design decks
    • Frequently audit key in-store accounts and competitor displays, identifying opportunities for improvement in customer experience and conversion
    • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and profitability across online retailer websites (Amazon, Best Buy, Target etc)
    • Monitor digital sales performance and implement tactics to boost sales and share of voice.
    • Curate and optimize PDP content (core and A+) to enhance conversion rates across retailer websites
    • Ensure accuracy in product listings and compliance with retailer standards
    • Optimize product visibility and rankings through effective SEO practices and keyword strategies
    • Design and launch dedicated brand landing pages on retailer websites, ensuring alignment with Therabody’s brand identity
    • Conduct regular site audits to ensure product categorization, search performance, and content aligns with objectives
    • Brief creative teams on PDP asset needs for NPI launches and evolve existing product assets to improve digital presentation
    • Ensure seamless integration between the online and offline retail environments to deliver an omni-channel consumer experience
    • Work with our analytics partners to conduct weekly audits of retailer sites, assessing the success of digital retail tactics and identifying opportunities to optimize performance
    • Oversee external agencies responsible for content syndication, ratings & reviews management, and analytics

The Right Person Would Have

    • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment
    • Strong portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising work and creativity
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with 3D design tools
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and customer insights
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

$70,000 – $80,000 a year
