We are looking for:
A temporary, full-time Talent Operations Partner for a 6-month engagement, who is dedicated to shaping careers and driving impactful business results. In this role, you’ll focus on recruiting with integrity, providing expert guidance to business partners on technical skills and strategies, and advising candidates on career opportunities and growth. You’ll primarily identify highly skilled candidates for roles in Engineering, G&A, Sales & Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Content.
What will you be doing as a Talent Operations Specialist at SimSpace?
- Execute on strategy, providing full lifecycle recruiting services.
- Focus on building talent pipelines with diverse perspectives and experiences by conducting research on candidate skill sets to identify leads of both active and passive candidates.
- Utilize traditional and non-traditional candidate sources such as: job boards, internal databases, search engines, social media, and more, to build a living network of candidates.
- Create content to engage candidates through advertising and outreach to establish relationships.
- Provide an exceptional hiring experience for all candidates.
- Foster diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring the adoption of culture driven hiring practices across the company.
- Serve as an enthusiastic brand ambassador, developing and maintaining relationships as an advocate in their career.
- Be willing to try new methodologies and approaches in the spirit of experimentation and innovation.

What are the qualifications to apply? To be successful as a Talent Operations Partner, you need to:
- Have full cycle recruiting experience and truly enjoy finding the right person for the right role.
- Communicate confidently in person, over the phone, and in writing, with the ability to empathetically engage in conversation and build relationships with a variety of people from different backgrounds and experiences.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and present solutions when confronted with obstacles, developing new ideas and strategy through the analysis of data.
- Have a background in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and experience within the technology industry.
- Collaborate and produce results to key metrics efficiently in a team environment, adhering to a strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to continue learning about our organization’s business functions, crucial technology, and excellent hiring methodologies.
We provide the following:
- This is a salaried position with a pay range of $45,000-$67,500 for the overall length of the six-month engagement. This will be paid bi-weekly and comes out to $43.26-$64.90/hr.
