What You’ll Do

  • Be a part of everything talent acquisition, including full cycle recruitment, scheduling, sourcing, and strategic projects
  • Outline and execute comprehensive sourcing plans to increase candidate engagement and a robust hiring pipeline
  • Partner with recruitment leaders to craft sourcing strategies which attract a diverse talent pool
  • Communicate pipeline activity and dashboard reporting updates with Hiring Managers regularly
  • Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates while remaining an excellent brand representative for Lunchbox
  • Consistently strive to measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process with an eye to iteration and improvement
  • Execute on offer extension, including negotiations, benefits overview and associated administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment in hyper growth tech companies
  • Proven track record managing continuous pipelines of candidates, preferably at a high volume
  • High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail all while remaining adaptable
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust pipeline with efficiency
  • Possesses a high degree of empathy
  • Knowledge in Greenhouse or another similar ATS is a requirement

Compensation for this role is $76K-$106K OTE commensurate with experience, and includes both a base and a variable component. Higher salary could be considered DOE.
