About the Team

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with a background in technology partnership development. The ideal candidate will have experience in cultivating strategic partnerships within the technology sector. Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategies for identifying and engaging potential strategic partners
  • Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually advantageous terms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align partnership initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Monitoring and evaluating partnership performance and making recommendations for optimization
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, fostering productive and effective relationships
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Tracking and analyzing partnership performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize partnership outcomes

What we’re looking for

  • 10+ years in Business Development, Product Development, or Corporate Strategy & Planning roles, ideally with direct product management experience
  • Have a proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships
  • Be adept at negotiating and structuring partnership agreements
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Be highly analytical with the ability to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Have a deep understanding of business development strategies and market dynamics
  • Be able to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Manage relationships with partners, resulting in significant revenue growth and market expansion

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$97,600.00

Maximum:

$225,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
