Overview
As a Social Media Coordinator at WhiskerCloud, you’ll be a key part of our customer success and marketing teams. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing customers’ social media accounts, blogs, and responding to online reviews on their behalf. We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of the latest social media trends and experience in apps like Canva, Photoshop, HubSpot, and Sprout Social.
In this role, you will:
- Provide responsive engagement using a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms
- Monitor social media accounts using programs like Sprout Social and Facebook Business Manager to engage, educate, and address inquiries
- Assist customers with requests and needs through HubSpot for graphics, copywriting, or reputation management
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and coordinate the execution of client launches
- Handle various clients and projects at one time
- Analyze social media metrics to identify trends that may impact customer satisfaction
The right candidate has these skills:
- 1+ year of professional experience in a customer experience, social media, or copywriting capacity
- Proficient in creating graphics Canva
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Agency or startup experience is not required but strongly preferred
