The Role:

We’re searching for an entrepreneurial Staff Product Manager to drive the launch and growth of one of our new products. You’ll work directly with the CEO to define initial strategy and execution, then step into full ownership post-launch, steering the product’s ongoing development and growth.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-potential product from day one, shaping its vision, user experience, monetization, and post-launch evolution. An ideal candidate is a self-starter who loves building, iterating quickly, and has experience in consumer mobile, gaming, or edtech environments.

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in North or South America. We offer US visa and green card sponsorship where applicable.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Lead the overall strategy and execution for one of our new products, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Shape the user experience, optimizing for both business outcomes and educational value.
  • Define and prioritize goals across activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Manage A/B tests through the full lifecycle, leveraging competitive analysis, data insights, and UX research to guide impactful product decisions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Content to execute a strategy that balances long-term vision with rapid experimentation.
  • Post-launch, own the product roadmap and iteration strategy, driving sustained growth and innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4-7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in early-stage product development.
  • Proven success launching and scaling new products, ideally in gaming, edtech, or consumer mobile products.
  • Deep experience with A/B testing, prioritization frameworks, and building effective roadmaps under uncertainty.
  • Strong analytical skills and product development savvy, deftly integrating data and intuition to make strategic decisions.
  • A true builder’s mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Bonus Points:

  • Zero-to-one product experience (e.g., early-stage startup roles, founder background).
  • Background in game design or gamification within consumer products.
  • Passion for education, mental fitness, and making learning delightful.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Competitive salary and equity across all geographies
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family
  • Distributed team flexibility, with a home-office stipend and co-working reimbursement
  • Annual learning, wellness, and travel stipends
  • Generous PTO, flexible sick leave, and paid parental leave
  • Annual company meetup in fun location
