Position Summary: 

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will create and execute go-to-market strategies, drive demand generation and adoption, and help with sales enablement for our products’ overall success. You and your team will develop quantitative business cases, articulate the positioning, and value propositions, and lead the process (planning, prioritization and goals) cross-functionally. In addition, this position will also collaborate to assess product success factors and develop tactical playbooks that drive growth and partner adoption.

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Lead market analyses through quantitative research (market trends, win/loss data, competitive intelligence, market penetration) and communicate assessment and insights clearly and simply to all levels of organization (executive, marketing, sales, technology) to express the financial/non-financial benefits to Truckstop.com
  • Lead the Pricing program team by collaborating cross-functionally to define and execute the appropriate monetization, pricing, and packaging strategies for Truckstop.com products and articulate expected financial outcomes
  • Monitor sales pipeline and win/loss performance, and other market signals, to adjust our pricing and packaging models as needed
  • Define target audiences and customer segments based on research and analysis
  •  Develop and implement go-to-market plans in coordination with cross-functional teams to drive growth and adoption of new and existing products including development of key performance indicators
  • Lead cross-functional execution and planning for product launches, product adoption efforts and report out on results on regular basis
  • Be the expert on the product functionality, key differentiators, and value to the target customer segment
  • Work with marketing team to deliver content, assets and tools including blogs, ROI calculations, presentations, whitepapers, webinars, social assets, presentations, customer testimonials, and other market-facing materials
  • Deliver evidence that supports proof points of positioning including customer case studies, testimonial opportunities, screenshots, videos, and speaking engagements
  • Help drive sales enablement through training, presentations, and creating sales materials to drive demand and adoption of products
  • Lead the development of product positioning and value statements, definition of market segments and customer targets, and compelling messaging
  • Partner with product management, voice of the customer, and marketing teams to align actionable product strategy that drives adoption inside and outside the application
  • Partner with Voice of the Customer Team to gain insight into customer use of current products, to identify new opportunities
  • Create market, revenue, and market share estimates for Truckstop solutions.
  • Ability to set and establish product metrics, create dashboards, and report out regularly

Position Requirements: 

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree a plus.
  • 5+ years in product marketing role with a dynamic, fast-paced company.
  • Proven leadership of product initiatives through product lifecycle; concept through implementation.
  • Proven ability to create sales tools and sales enablement programs that increase win rates and accelerate sales cycles
  • Strategic and critical thinking, analytical reasoning and thought-leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with organizational teams.
  • Experience creating annual forecasts, driving strategies to achieve while driving market share.
  • Skilled at creating concise, visually appealing presentations for internal/external audiences.
  • Capable of gathering customer intelligence by analyzing data, surveys and conducting customer interviews, running beta/pilot programs and focus groups.
  • Strong leadership skills — ability to command a room’s attention and inspire concerted action
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and win together
  • Genuine desire to continuously learn, adapt, and teach others your expertise
  • Action-oriented with great follow through on commitments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams and understanding of CRM tools such Salesforce.
  • Quantitative analytical ability (i.e. SQL) and with large data sets and quantitative analysis.
  • Experience in the transportation industry a plus.

In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for a yearly bonus. Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$136,000$160,000 USD
