About the opportunity:
KarmaCheck is in hyper-growth, building and scaling a business to disrupt the healthcare credentialing industry and beyond, delivering comprehensive solutions for background check and verification requirements, and innovating in the area of digital identity.
We’re seeking an experienced product manager to pioneer our credential wallet, revolutionizing how consumers manage their verified information. Ideal candidates blend B2B expertise with consumer market savvy, driven by a passion for exceptional user experiences. This role offers a unique chance to shape KarmaCheck’s trajectory by championing strategy, leading implementation, and driving adoption for a pivotal project at the core of our founders’ vision.
You will be working closely with cross-functional teams and our lead developers to: (1) Help us build, scale, and take our product to market for both mid-market, enterprise customers, and/or newly identified markets(2) develop an incredibly successful long-term career at KarmaCheck in Product, Delivery, or beyond.
What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of delivering the first overt representation of KarmaCheck’s larger vision to market
- Lead product development implementations from beginning to end; customer/GTM requirements collection, internal requirements gathering and coordination, technical and UX specifications, refine architecture and details with developers and stakeholders, design data driven success metrics, and guide the development, roll out, and adoption process
- Champion the credential wallet strategy and vision based on stakeholder input, launch partner needs, and market dynamics; take that vision and inspire others to create and deliver an excellent user experience
- Utilize deep knowledge and experience in digital systems to drive product ideation and development cross-functionally
- Create, document, and provide training for this new product and GTM effort across multiple verticals
- Become a subject matter expert on healthcare systems, healthcare staffing, credentialing, staffing, background checks, and competition
- Partner with external launch partners, customers, and vendors, through listening and deep interaction to create a product-market fit
Requirements:
- 4-6+ years proven product management experience in technology as a product leader (startup and scaling from 0 to 1 experience a must)
- You have B2B experience, and some B2C experience (or a mind for how to operate in the B2C market)
- You are a self starter and possess the hunger to continuously learn
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset; You are focused on the problem in front of you and know when to say ‘no’
- Want to make an impact and not be another small cog-in-the-wheel at a big company
- Are able to context switch between conversations with customers, sales, marketing, development, and executive stakeholders with ease

- The expected base compensation for this role is between $125-170K for work performed in the United States. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include seniority level, experience level, transferable skills, education, location, business needs, training, and market demands. This range may be modified in the future
$125,000 – $170,000 a year
