Responsibilities

- Lead in-depth analysis of market research & campaign performance in Meta by segmenting data and using analytic tools to provide insightful, data-driven reports and direction
- Ensure a full understanding of company performance goals while delivering clear feedback and precise performance reports on CAC, LTV, and ROI to align teams and drive actionable outcomes.
- Build and lead growth strategies for Meta ad campaigns, focusing on testing, scaling, optimization, and delivering actionable insights to maximize ROI and drive app growth.
- Manage large budgets (minimum $10k daily) with a relentless focus on achieving financial targets and campaign efficiency.
- Exhibit strong decision-making skills and work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative mindset for team projects.
- Lead strategic pivots when necessary, adapting to rapid changes while maintaining a focus on measurable impact.
- Propose, test, iterate on landing page ideas to enhance user acquisition and conversion rates
- Bring innovative ideas and strategies to the table.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams on new ways of testing and improving performance.
- Mentor and lead lower seniority team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement cutting-edge strategies.
Requirements

- 3+ years in paid media with proven success in app campaigns on Meta (TikTok experience is a bonus).
- Expertise in strategizing, planning, and achieving defined goals in a timely manner.
- Track record of managing large budgets (minimum $10k daily) and delivering measurable results in Tier 1 countries.
- Expertise in Meta’s and mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Singular or similar) performance metrics, optimization setups, and event tracking.
- Hands-on experience creating, executing, and refining optimization strategies that achieve key goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into impactful decisions.
- Proof of record of working with creative teams to improve campaign performance.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to pivot decisions when needed.
- Experience in mentoring and leading junior team members.
- Team player with excellent communication skills, able to work cross-functionally.
- Experience working with mobile games is considered a benefit.
