Overview

This role sits within the Creative Strategy team and is dedicated to developing and executing creative strategy solutions that drive performance across Liftoff’s highest-value customer portfolio. As a key member of the Creative Studio team, you will work closely with Commercial, Ops, and Creative stakeholders to craft bespoke creative strategies that align with both customer goals and Liftoff’s business objectives.

By delivering data-informed recommendations and managing high-touch creative projects from concept to execution, you will ensure that creative strategy is a measurable commercial accelerator. You will report on creative trends, identify growth opportunities, and help build practices that support innovation, efficiency, and insight-led performance improvements for Premium accounts.

Responsibilities

Customer & Creative Strategy

  • Develop effective creative strategies tailored to premium customer goals and Liftoff’s commercial objectives.
  • Deliver quarterly planning for creative campaigns, including milestone setting and creative goal alignment.
  • Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate high-impact creative concepts that address customer-specific needs.
  • Analyze creative performance data to extract actionable insights and optimize strategy using Looker and other internal tools.
  • Pitch creative recommendations as upsell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with strategic customers, acting as a trusted creative advisor.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Revenue and internal teams to align creative strategy with broader account strategies.
  • Design narratives and presentations that proficiently showcase creative insights, trends, and strategies through visual and verbal communication.
  • Proactively manage customer and internal expectations through regular updates and high-touch touchpoints.
  • Leverage internal resources and documentation to improve transparency and alignment.

Project & Process Management

  • Manage projects autonomously, ensuring timely delivery and quality across multiple campaigns.
  • Coordinate ad production deliverables with internal design teams and client stakeholders
  • Demonstrate robust organization and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Identify areas for process improvement or tooling and provide thoughtful recommendations.
  • Contribute to playbooks and knowledge-sharing that support the rollout of successful premium strategies.

Team & Culture

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Share insights, case studies, and customer wins with the broader team to foster best practices.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to internal enablement efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or performance advertising.
  • Experience managing high-value customer relationships and performance-driven creative planning.
  • Well-developed project management and prioritization skills.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital performance metrics and campaign analysis. Including familiarity with Looker, Tableau, and Excel/GSheets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Location:
This role is eligible for full-time remote work in one of our entities: CA, CO, ID, IL, FL, GA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, TX, UT, and WA.

We are a remote-first company with US hubs in Redwood City, Los Angeles, and New York City.

Travel Expectations:
We offer several opportunities for in-person team gatherings, including but not limited to project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide events. We expect our employees to attend these gatherings at least once per quarter. These gatherings provide essential opportunities for collaboration, communication, and team building.

Compensation:

The following are our base salary ranges for this role:

  • SF Bay Area, NYC, Los Angeles/Orange County: $115,000 – $125,000 plus bonus
  • Seattle/Olympia, Austin, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Boston: $106,000 – $115,000 plus bonus
  • All other cities and towns in our approved states: $99,000 – $108,0000 plus bonus
