We are looking for result-driven team leaders to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of 5-6 salespeople to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team’s potential!

Camaloon is an international e-commerce based in Barcelona that offers the customization of a wide variety of promotional merchandise (bags, notebooks, cups, key chains, badges, stickers, magnets, t-shirts…) for companies and individuals.

Team Leader Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs management duties when the manager is absent or out of office
  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
  • Be proactively involved in the hiring processes and creating your own team
  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members
  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
  • Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards
  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
  • Contributes to revenue by managing biggest clients and biggest orders

We seek Team leaders for French, Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch and English Speaking Markets.

To be successful as a team leader, you should have a track record of team motivation and positive sales results. Ultimately, a top-notch team leader should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with customers, be goal-driven, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently.
