About the position:

Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in assisting the Partnerships and Sales B2B team in achieving its goals by providing administrative and operational support. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, as you will be responsible for streamlining sales processes, maintaining client records, and ensuring a smooth workflow. The Sales Support Specialist will collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to enhance the overall effectiveness of the B2B sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing calendars.
  • Maintain and update customer and partner databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and coordinating responses with the sales team.
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and proposals. Ensure that sales materials are up to date and readily accessible to the sales team.
  • Coordinate and organize client meetings, events, and conferences, both virtually and in-person, when necessary.

Requeriments:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal (English and Spanish).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and data analysis tools.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
