Our team helps thousands of providers at both private practices and large dental support organizations to streamline operations through our AI-powered automation solutions.  Zuub’s technology eliminates time-consuming and error-prone processes to improve the patient experience and increase revenue for dental practices. We recently secured $9 million in our Series A funding led by Vertical Venture Partners with participation from existing investors Bonfire Ventures and MTech Capital.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and building relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, and a go getter mentality capable of achieving set KPIs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and setting appointments with potential customers and existing upsell opportunities.
  • Engage with leads via phone, email, and social media to analyze their needs and assess their fit with our products or services.
  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce Zuub.
  • Providing a high-level overview of Zuub products and services and set appointments to recruit new partners to the partner program.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive seamless lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in our products.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Document all activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to hone sales techniques and tactics.

What You Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales development, lead generation, or a similar sales role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Hubspot and Google Workspace or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Proficiency with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+)
  • Energy and desire to make numerous (70+) phone calls daily all while maintaining high motivation and a great attitude.

What We Offer:

  • Zuub believes everyone should be compensated fairly and equitably. The annual base salary range for this role is $40,000 – $50,000, with on target earnings between $65,000 – $80,000.
  • Our team works 100% remotely with optional opportunities to meet in person throughout the year.
