What You’ll Do: 

As the Revenue Operations Manager at Huddle Up, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for aligning and optimizing operations across the company’s commercial teams, processes, data, and technology to drive more consistent and scalable revenue growth. You will work collaboratively with the commercial teams as a strategist, solutions architect, data analyst, and project manager to develop and execute on initiatives that increase efficiencies, enable data-driven decision making, and maximize growth.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Own all aspects of Salesforce, encompassing configuration, database design, system integrations, report development, administration, troubleshooting, data integrity, etc.
  • Lead Salesforce and other strategic projects from start to finish (work with key stakeholders, gather requirements, understand business needs, design, configure, develop, deploy and maintain solutions)
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute revenue growth strategies
  • Establish, measure, and optimize an enterprise commercial process that spans the entire revenue cycle and spans the marketing, sales and customer success functions
  • Establish fact-based reporting analytics and KPIs to measure commercial performance and inform the allocation of growth investment, resources and effort
  • Redesigning the commercial architecture to maximize coverage, control, and the return on selling assets by improving the speed, visibility, productivity, and engagement of front line selling teams and reducing cost to sell
  • Ensure that the data flowing through various systems is accurate, consistent, and reliable. This involves implementing data governance policies, conducting regular audits, and resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Support integrated commercial growth planning with finance, including revenue forecasting and the allocation of budgets, resources, and efforts
  • The design, deployment, integration, and management of systems to simplify the day to day selling workflow and enhance revenue team engagement
  • Design, deploy, integrate and manage the quote-to-cash cycle and capture more revenue, margin, and price with greater controls and efficiencies
  • The centralized stewardship and reconfiguration of the commercial technology portfolio across functions and every stage of the revenue cycle
  • The centralized stewardship of CRM data and establish a common architecture and operating system to consolidate, enhance, curate and monetize customer data assets

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related business or technical fields
  • 4+ years of salesforce administration and development experience
  • Experience working with various software integrations in Salesforce (HubSpot, Conga, DocuSign, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel modeling, Salesforce reporting, and dashboard development
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills in relation to solving complex data and operational challenge
  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Takes ownership of initiatives with little direction and drives them to completion
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and align stakeholders to drive projects forward.

The on-target earnings for this role is between $90,000 – $130,000. The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience and other qualifications.
