Overview

Within the Experience Marketing team at Ivanti, the Customer Marketing team at Ivanti is responsible for creation and delivery of critical marketing and operational communications to support customers as they implement and use Ivanti solutions. We partner closely with our Chief Experience Officer and Chief Customer Officer to help our customers get the most value from their investments.

The Retention Marketing Manager will be responsible for building strategies and programs to strengthen relationships with customers, increasing loyalty, retaining and growing revenue, and reducing churn. They will bring a deep understanding of customer needs and an expertise in digital marketing and engagement techniques.

What you will do:

  • Develop optimized retention programs that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Own end-to-end campaign/program execution, from conceptualizing and calendaring to copywriting and building campaigns to performance reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success, Renewals and Sales teams to understand business objectives for existing customers and develop retention plans for key segments and accounts.
  • Develop and work with internal and external Creative agencies in developing marketing materials in support of retention programs.
  • Support retention and renewals colleagues by building customer communications and internal team guides.
  • Develop and implement ongoing testing and measurement of retention marketing programs and their business impact.
  • Identify new opportunities for customer engagement and experience through additional channels, tools and programs.

What you should have:

  • 7+ years of marketing with a specialty in retention and/or customer marketing in the B2B space.
  • Experience in creating, testing, and measuring retention strategies to drive customer loyalty and increased revenue per subscriber.
  • Expertise in digital content, campaign design and customer engagement best practices.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills (and samples).
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and optimize campaign performance and engagement.
  • Experience in software, SaaS-based, or technology products preferred.
  • Experience working across functions – within and outside of Marketing – in a global company.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a high pace of change.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and campaign workflow tools in addition to standard business software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Teams).

Compensation Range – 100K – 120K
