What You’ll Do

    • Take full ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, starting from initial outreach, through the offer stage, to successfully onboarding a candidate
    • Champion a candidate-centric approach, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and fosters a positive perception of the company
    • Partner with several hiring managers concurrently to gain a deep understanding of the team’s requirements and develop impactful strategies and sourcing campaigns to target the most suitable candidates
    • Influence, advise, and educate hiring teams on best practices for conducting interviews
    • Enhance and refine existing processes for candidate sourcing, interviewing, and engaging
    • Take a proactive role in advancing our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
    • Serve as the dedicated source of knowledge and a central point of contact
    • Find creative ways to reach out to new demographics of candidates

What We are Looking For

    • 5+ years of full-cycle (sourcing to closing) and internal recruiting experience
    • Extensive background in Enterprise or B2B internal recruiting is preferred, particularly with AI infrastructure, Data Infrastructure, Analytics, Cloud or Cybersecurity companies
    • Skilled in sourcing for roles like Machine Learning Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Product Manager, and other technical roles
    • Proficient in ATS systems, such as Lever or Greenhouse
    • Familiarity in recruiting non-technical roles
    • Hybrid in the Bay Area, with at least once or twice a month in our Palo Alto office. Open to full remote within the US for candidates with proven success at start-ups
Pay Range in San Francisco is $90,000 – $105,000. This is a one-year contract, potentially converting to full-time based on performance and headcount availability. Hybrid in the Bay Area, with at least once or twice a month in our Palo Alto office. Open to full remote within the US for candidates with proven success at start-ups.
The posted range represents the expected salary range for this job requisition and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks previously outlined. Ultimately, in determining pay, we’ll consider your experience, leveling, location, and other job-related factors.
