RECUR is a technology company that designs & develops dedicated branded experiences that allow fans to buy, collect, and re-sell digital products and collectibles (NFTs). RECUR is the only blockchain-agnostic NFT platform ultimately giving its brand partners the widest range of distribution and their fan bases the widest range of utility. RECUR also co-authored the recurring royalty standard for NFTs, allowing for creators, artists, athletes, and brands to participate in the secondary sales of their assets in perpetuity.
RECUR is seeking a Production Coordinator to join its team full-time. At RECUR, you will support the Producers on project development of digital licensed products and brand partnerships, including submission and clearance of all IP assets. What you will do at RECUR
- Help support the development of branded NFT gaming experiences, including submission and clearance of all assets
- Support multiple projects submissions to IP owners
- Scheduling and attending development meetings, facilitating discussions, taking notes, and identifying action points arising from any meeting
- Ensure communication updates flow consistently to all necessary team members and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the production organization to support project launches and live operations
- Document department and live operations best practices and guidelines
- Help organization and maintenance of production Confluence site
- Maintain asset management that allows the creative team to easily access brand assets from style guides
- Be a subject matter expert on each brand partner’s product approval portal
- Build a relationship with the brand asset management team
- Other duties as assigned
What you bring to RECUR
- 1+ years of experience in project management is highly desired
- Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, JIRA, Confluence) is a plus
- Passion for gaming and NFTs
- Ability to learn new skills on the fly
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Interest in project management methodologies
- Experience working with IP brand licensors is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and within deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Organized, self-directed, and able to adjust to shifting schedules and requirements
