About the Role

As a Product Operations Specialist on our Product Strategy & Operations team, you will serve as a critical bridge between the product team and customer-facing teams (Customer Support, Customer Success). Your goal will be to ensure that our products are launched successfully. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Product Marketing and Operational Excellence to ensure that our customer-facing teams have the tools, skills and documentation to support new products, features, and product changes.

Join us in transforming lives, one task at a time.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Own product launch readiness activities to ensure that customer facing teams (Customer Support, Tasker Success) are ready with the information and processes required to support new products, features, and product changes.
  • Serve as the project manager on multiple product launches from end-to-end, partnering with Product Managers to develop product launch strategies and manage project objectives, outcomes, and success measures through post-launch.
  • Create documentation and training materials to equip Customer Support teams with the information needed to effectively respond to and resolve customer contacts about new products, features, or changes.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop internal and customer-facing communications strategies.
  • Quantify potential impact of product changes on customer support volume (i.e. increase in calls, emails, social media or chatbot messages).
  • Identify risks, key problem areas and/or locales that will be impacted by the new product launches & scope out possible solutions to address these issues.
  • Monitor post-launch impacts and respond where necessary.
  • Aggregate voice of the customer (VoC) feedback, fielding questions and gathering input from internal stakeholder teams. In collaboration with UX research, deliver actionable customer insights to Product Managers.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve the efficiency of product teams by defining, documenting, and operationalizing processes around how we develop and deliver our product.
