We’re looking for Partnerships Team Lead to join our high performing team. You will lead the team in achieving established performance indicators, exemplifying the process of identifying, recruiting, and collaborating with partners such as influencers, B2B associates, and affiliates. Your innate creativity and expertise will be instrumental in discovering new partnerships and driving our remarkable growth. With access to an extensive budget and a wealth of knowledge within the company, you’ll play a crucial role in our success.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback for a team of brilliant and highly motivated professionals.
  • Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers, affiliates, and B2B.
  • Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships.
  • Conduct negotiations both: internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals.
  • Nurture the existing relationships with partners to deepen the partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales.
  • Run and monitor partners’ marketing campaigns.
  • Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize the performance.
  • Report and identify areas of new opportunities.
  • Leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow.
  • Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges.

What We Expect:

  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience of working with digital performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in partnerships management (influencer, B2B, and affiliate marketing).
  • Sharp sales, and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools.
  • High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness.
  • Perfect spoken and written communication both in English and Portuguese.
  • Experience working with international tech/digital products would be considered an advantage.
