At Printify, Marketplace Partnership Manager oversee a network of print providers, developing and managing processes to establish new relationships, maintain existing ones, and identify opportunities for company expansion.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Supply team. As a Marketplace Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of print providers in the Printify marketplace and ensuring their success at scale. This role involves simplifying and automating operational processes, implementing performance monitoring systems, and driving data-driven improvements to achieve scalable growth. The ideal candidate is motivated, agile, and has strong time management and project management skills, along with technical and analytical expertise. This position requires excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of printing partners’ business models, offerings, and pricing structures.
  • Act as a business partner for print providers, providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Printify.
  • Establish mechanisms to proactively identify problems in the network and implement solutions.
  • Track industry trends, revenue potentials, and Printify’s account management to optimize initiatives.
  • Drive new product initiatives implementation across the network.
  • Enable print providers to learn and master Printify’s tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their performance efficiently to required standards.
  • Track business development results, analyze and interpret reports and information for your portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with team members.


  • Experience with business development, partnership management and or program management.
  • Marketplace experience (E-commerce, high-growth, start-up environment) would be considered an advantage.
  • A data-driven mindset and advanced analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Strong client-service orientation.
  • Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and motivation.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
  • Experience managing large accounts or supply partners.
