The Business Technology team is a team of system experts who utilizes a variety of enterprise tools and solutions to solve many of Plaid’s most pressing operational issues. We maintain many of Plaid’s most business-critical applications and tooling across our Go-To-Market and operational teams.
In the Marketing Technology role, you will be the administrator of the Marketing tech stack, including Marketo, enrichment tools, and middleware solutions. In this position, you own Marketo’s infrastructure, create and maintain documentation, and manage the integration between the marketing tech stack and other applications. You get to work cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical design documents to drive impact. You will partner with Marketing Operations to develop and implement strategy, improve processes, and identify potential future solutions to support achieving marketing’s business objectives. You will collaborate with paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing teams to enable and scale their day-to-day operations through the use of Plaid’s marketing systems and tools.

  • Ability to master new technologies quickly
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with middleware solutions (Tray.io)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • High attention to detail, demonstrated expertise in project management
  • Bachelor’s degree or greater preferred
