Why we’re looking for you
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to streamline and enhance our marketing processes through advanced automation and operational excellence. This pivotal role will drive efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making across our marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and optimized performance.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the US or Canada.
The impact you will have
- Implement and manage marketing automation platforms to nurture leads, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize campaign performance.
- Improve and iterate our current Hubspot platform and provide novel and detailed reporting and insights into sales and revenue and make recommendations to optimize performance.
- In Hubspot fully assess and understand the journey of a lead, while creating and managing campaigns, email and direct mail and attribution through various channel
- Develop and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management within Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Analyze and interpret marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
Who you’ll work with
- Partner closely with our Head of Revenue Operations and our Marketing Team to align automation and operational strategies with overall marketing goals.
✅ Minimum requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or a similar role.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Nice to Have: Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ad Platform, and Pixel Management, as well as web development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Pay and benefits
- This role’s estimated base salary range is $100,000 – 130,000 USD, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package.
