As the Senior Marketing Manager at Invisible AI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s marketing initiatives to support our B2B lead generation efforts, enhance our digital presence, and elevate our brand awareness within the manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients within the manufacturing sector. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with the sales funnel, ensuring a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Craft compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including website, blog, whitepapers, and case studies, to effectively communicate the value proposition of Invisible AI’s solutions.
  • Utilize your tech industry expertise to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities in the market.
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to personalize marketing efforts for key target accounts and industries.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and influencers to expand the company’s network and visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B lead generation and digital marketing, preferably within the Tech industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant on the job experience.
  • A solid background in marketing strategies, campaign development, and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and aligning marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.
  • Previous exposure to the manufacturing industry or related sectors.
  • Proven success in driving marketing initiatives within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Our compensation package plays a big part in how we value your impact on our mission. Our base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The estimated base salary guideline range for this role is between $145,000-$175,000 and may be modified. This will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for sales roles), and benefits.
