Remote (US) | Reports to: Demand Generation Manager | Non Exempt
At WithMe, Inc., we’re on a mission to scale a high-growth, innovative company—and we’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help fuel that growth. If you’re driven, resilient, and motivated by results, this role offers the chance to make a direct impact on our pipeline and partner closely with our Sales and Marketing teams.
This is a fully remote role, but you must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) or Mountain business hours.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book qualified sales appointments.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads for fit and readiness before handing off to Sales (RSD and NAE teams).
- Provide feedback to the Growth Marketing team to continually improve lead-generation strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, outreach, and lead qualification criteria.
- Ensure CRM data integrity by updating inaccurate or outdated prospect information.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and WithMe’s offerings to effectively engage prospects.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1 year of Sales/Marketing experience preferred; training provided.
- Comfortable navigating CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Must be able to work and be available during PST or Mountain business hours.
Full compensation packages are based on position location as well as candidate experience and qualifications.
This position will also qualify for annual bonus opportunity.
Hourly Rate Range
$20 – $26 USD
