YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Work as an integral part of the central CRM team supporting activities across a group of markets
  • Discover, ideate and build automatic communications across the passenger lifecycle to improve acquisition and activation, engagement, and CLV
  • Implement and measure A/B testing activities to constantly improve the effectiveness of campaigns and refresh best practices
  • Own and develop special interest topics and further development projects for the CRM team, bringing best practice and innovative approaches to campaigning
  • Support the CRM feedback loop including monitoring and evaluating CRM automations and campaigns to inform data driven decisions on priorities, CRM campaign impacts and enable continuous improvement

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • 1-3 years experience in lifecycle marketing, product or a similar field (preferably in an on-demand or platform industry)
  • Data driven approach to campaign analysis, testing and roadmap development
  • Strong project & programme management ability
  • Effective communication (upwards and downwards) and ability to collaborate across different functions and levels of the organisation
  • Excellent English skills (other European languages are a plus but not required)
