The IT team at 1Password provides software and hardware support services to all employees in this swift-moving and rapidly growing company. We maintain and provide timely access to the business tools necessary in a remote-first computing environment. The work we do touches everyone at the company, every day.

The IT Operations Analyst on the IT Operations team has a passion for detail and enjoys working collaboratively to find solutions in IT Operations. This individual must have the ability to adapt to changing workflows and priorities while maintaining operational excellence. This role requires independent work with general supervision.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-5 years of work experience in an IT role in a mixed OS and SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, asset management systems, and user account lifecycles.
  • Familiarity with common enterprise SaaS applications, such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Office 365, and Zoom
  • A drive for and ability to identify operational excellence.
  • Refined time management and prioritization skills.
  • The ability to relate well with all kinds of people – inside and outside of the organization – building rapport, using diplomacy & maintaining composure in all situations.
  • A teammate that is contextually perceptive and tolerant; someone who tries to understand the full picture while being sensitive to established processes and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with hardware and software lifecycle management is a plus.

What you can expect:

  • Contribute to the IT Operations team initiatives including, but not limited to: process improvement, tool provisioning, documentation, hardware procurement and distribution.
  • Onboard and offboard employees.
  • Create and maintain consistently formatted and updated reference materials.
  • Manage inventory and track asset history.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of IT Operations projects with broad impact.
  • Work on moderately complex projects,  assignments and problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate frequently and effectively with the IT team and cross-functional partners and embrace a culture of feedback.
  • Think creatively and globally – we are tasked with building repeatable, scalable processes for high-growth teams.

USA-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $87,000 USD and $117,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

Canada-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $77,000 CAD and $104,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
