The Investor Relations Lead will be responsible for managing all aspects of communication between the company and its investors. This role involves developing and executing a strategic investor relations plan focused on CVCs and strategic alliances, maintaining and enhancing relationships with current and potential investors, and ensuring the company’s financial performance and strategy are accurately communicated to the investment community. The Investor Relations Lead will work closely with the executive team to ensure that we get to the right potential investors with the right material.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy focused on potential strategic corporate investors and Corporate Venture Capitals.
  • Identify, target and develop new strategic potential investors focused on potential strategic corporate investors and Corporate Venture Capitals.
  • Monitor market trends, analyst reports, M&A reports, CVCs and potential strategic investors updates, competitor performance, and industry developments to provide insights to the executive team.
  • Analyze and report on investor sentiment, stock performance, and market conditions that may impact the company’s valuation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors.
  • Prepare and present regular updates to investors, including investor update summary, quarterly calls and potential investor presentations, ensuring transparency and building trust.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of all communications, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Guarantee to have an “always ready data room” that also serves as primary source for internal knowledge base.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Venture Capital/Corporate Venture Capital Firms, investor relations, building relations and investments.
  • Well connected and skilled professional building high management connections.
  • Strong understanding of M&A, market trends, financial reporting, and corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical skills.
