An Integration Systems Analyst is a highly visible and key role for Couchbase and is responsible for data transfer, maintenance and analytics across various business streams. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, which include teams from Finance, HR, Revenue, SalesOps, Marketing organizations in designing and implementing business processes via integrations. You have a passion for everything data related to support business goals, implement standards for moving data, storing data and using data to gain key business insights.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs ,define and Implement detailed requirements in building key integrations across the systems based on desired business outcomes.
  • Ensure holistic solution design, making sure that cross-functional considerations are incorporated into the functional and technical design specifications, focusing on strategic business capabilities and requirements.
  • Identify and coordinate with stakeholders like Finance, HR, Revenue, Sales Ops etc , cross functional teams, 3rd party integration analysts to ensure the delivery of a planned integration.
  • Create and communicate solution overviews and alternatives to technical and business leaders to foster understanding of solution direction and to gain consensus support of the recommended solution approach.
  • Identify key integrations required to improve efficiency and performance of the business users and work to design, build, test and deploy the same.
  • Own the data, and fix errors that are generated as a result of a new/existing integration.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats like an  individual contributor, project manager, project leader depending on the project assigned in the systems integration core area.
  • Collaborate with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads and other developers, along with internal and external customers, to understand requirements and develop needs according to business requirements

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related disciplines.
  • A minimum 5+ years of IT experience; including at least 3 years of experience in integration or solution design.
  • Experience with multiple and diverse technology environments and software solutions.
  • Experience with API platform integration, API design, and complex system integrations including , Salesforce, Netsuite, Coupa, Concur, Zuora RevPro.
  • Experience with an iPaaS integration platform like Workato, Snaplogic, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft etc. as well as familiarity with connectors/adapters.
  • Experience with data lake/big data tools is preferred.
  • Experience with designing, mapping and building requirements for integrations using systems like Salesforce and Netsuite.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams in building integrations from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of key integration touch points like Transactions (Opportunities, Orders, Invoices, Journals, Bills etc) , Master data (Customers, Products, Vendors) etc.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated salary range for this role: the estimated salary range for this role, if based in Colorado, is $75,000 – $100,000
