Our mission is to help large successful brands like Uber, Amazon, Wise, HelloFresh etc. put their customers at the centre of everything they do. Using best-in-class tech in a fast-developing AI space, our Customer Experience Intelligence (CXI) platform continuously analyses explicit and implicit feedback to enable our customers to identify what they should do next.
We’re now looking for a talented Insights Analyst to join the team!
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be helping deliver Experience Led Growth to our platinum accounts through doing data analysis to uncover impactful insights. This means you will work as part of our Insights & Strategy team to:
- Conduct data analysis using the Chattermill platform
- Support our Experience Led Growth Consultants with high quality and timely data driven insights to deliver to clients
- Identify opportunities for clients to improve their Customer Experience outcomes such as their Net Promoter Score
- Create Insight Dashboards and Powerpoint Presentations
- Present Insights back to clients to help improve their customer experience, growth, and retention
What you’ll need:
- Experience running experiments using a combination of quantitative and qualitative data analysis
- Experience using data analysis tool(s) and to garner insights through the Chattermill platform
- The ability to storytell and convey insights through data in an engaging way
- Good communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to a nontechnical audience
- Great attention to detail
- A structured approach to problem solving
- Confident presentation skills
- A collaborative mindset and way of working
- A proven track record of working to deadlines

Co-founded by Mikhail Dubov and Dmitry Isupov in 2015 while at Entrepreneur First, Chattermill was born out of their frustration that it took weeks, sometimes months, for customer research to yield any quality insights. Often, these would be out of date by the time they reached decision-makers. And it was also financially out of reach for most companies. When they started what eventually became Chattermill, they had a hunch that they could use the newly available tech of deep learning to help companies find insights amidst messy data.
