THE CHALLENGE

Eventbrite is a people-first organization. Our goal of building the global platform for live experience relies on the foundation of top talent and strong company culture. We are going to bring the world together again and this lofty ambition relies on evolving our compensation and benefits offerings so that our total rewards help power our goals. We want to offer benefits that reflect our culture and make our Britelings’ lives better. We want our total rewards to be highly competitive, reward and perpetuate great performance, and ensure we have no bias in our programs. That is where you come in!

THE TEAM
