ClickUp is seeking a Pricing and Packaging leader that has strengths in developing comprehensive, end-to-end pricing strategies. This individual has a strong and balanced understanding of pricing models, monetization strategy, product packaging, billing systems. The ideal Head of Pricing and Packaging understands the importance of pricing experimentation and has prior experience in working with cross-functional teams to build innovative pricing models and packaging strategies using data analysis and market research. You are an out-of-the-box creative problem-solver, who makes impactful decisions and working closely with the executive team.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing and packaging strategies
  • Lead the creation of innovative pricing models and packaging solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Conduct pricing experimentation to optimize revenue and growth
  • Identify new opportunities for pricing and packaging improvements
  • Report to senior leadership and provide insights on pricing strategies

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of direct experience in pricing and packaging roles
  • Proven experience with billing systems, consumption-based pricing, and PLG pricing
  • Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred

Salary range: $230,000 – $271,500
