SafetyWing is seeking a Head of Platforms to lead and grow relationships with our platform accounts, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to their users. This role combines strategic account management, growth-driven initiatives, and customer advocacy to create a seamless, scalable platform experience. As a key leader, you’ll balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, working directly with platform partners to optimize their success while driving our company’s growth.
We are on a mission to remove the role of geographical borders as a barrier to equal opportunities and freedom for everyone. And we are doing that by creating simple health, insurance, and retirement products for remote workers worldwide as a replacement for national welfare systems.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing and owning strategic relationships with platform partners to drive growth and retention
- Developing and executing strategies to scale the platform channel effectively
- Running education and adoption campaigns for platform partners and their users
- Delivering a proactive customer experience by resolving issues and predicting/removing roadblocks
- Collaborating cross-functionally to implement feedback and improve platform API functionality
- Analyzing key metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
We are looking for someone who
- Has multiple years of experience in a B2B customer/partner success role, ideally working with platforms or benefits-related products
- Has experience creating and executing scalable strategies and driving growth initiatives
- Is comfortable with API-led products and capable of communicating their value to clients
- Thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and solves complex problems independently
- Excels at cross-functional collaboration and has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Has strong analytical skills, with the ability to read and interpret data, identify trends, and use insights to drive strategic decisions
- Can anticipate customer needs and act as a trusted advisor to high-impact platform partners
