What’s the role

As our Head of People Partnering, you will play a strategic role in shaping and implementing HR initiatives to support our High-Performance Media Agency and superteams of Brainlabbers. You will lead a team responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and overall people strategy.

What you do

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, and employee engagement.

Business Partnership:

    •  Build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand their objectives and challenges.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on people-related issues.

Talent Management:

  • Participate in recruitment and selection process ensuring we hire top talent.
  • Develop and implement talent development initiatives, including training programs, succession planning, and leadership development.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the organization’s values.

Performance Management:

  • Lead the performance management process, working with leaders to set performance expectations and goals.
  • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and employee development.

HR Program Implementation:

  • Oversee the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as benefits administration, compensation planning, and diversity and inclusion programs.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in HR.

Who you are

  • 5+ years  experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering in a media agency environment.
  • 3+ years experience managing and growing a small team.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with leaders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
