Airbyte is the upcoming open-source standard for EL(T). We enable data teams to replicate data from applications, APIs, and databases to data warehouses, lakes, and other destinations. We believe only an open-source approach can solve the problem of data integration, as it enables us to cover the long tail of integrations while enabling teams to adapt pre-built connectors to their needs.

The Opportunity

As the Head of Growth, you will work closely with both co-founders, and will be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of growth programs to drive awareness and demand for Airbyte Cloud. While the responsibilities below will be the core of your jon, we are looking for a high-performing individual who will take initiative, proactively solve new problems, and create their own career path with us.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify common denominators across key user conversion points
  • Build our pipeline. You’ll help deliver a robust sales pipeline through organic and paid efforts to fuel our rapid growth
  • Drive key business metrics including leads, PQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue through strategic and integrated programs and campaigns
  • Leverage our open-source user community as a lead channel for our premium offers
  • Act as a strategic partner to product, sales, customer success and engineering teams to prioritize opportunities and increase user retention
  • Optimize our paid digital spend. You’ll lead the team to significantly grow our paid digital leads from key market segments
  • Lead our marketing operations and analytics. You’ll build out our marketing automation systems that we need to support our rapid growth, you’ll lead our marketing operations team for strong execution with our sales and SDR teams, and your team will manage our dashboards, reporting and developing insights to inform our strategy
  • Keep our budget on track. Your team will manage a significant marketing budget, and you’ll help us make the right investment decisions
  • Build, train and nurture your team. Provide mentorship, management and support to your rapidly growing team of marketers

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth or lead gen
  • Experience in B2B and developer tools for at least 3+ years
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of GTM software (including CRM, etc.)
