The Role
Head of Customer Success is a leadership role with the opportunity to build the team over time as Gentem continues to grow. As the Head of Customer Success, you have experience leading a team focused on customer implementation, account management and retention.
The Job
- Create and oversee both implementation and account management processes across our three product lines in partnership with the Revenue Cycle Management team in order to hit NPS goals
- Drive strategic value to customers while also focusing on revenue growth in partnership with the Sales organization through up-sell and cross-sell
- Implement benchmarks to achieve customer retention, up-sell/cross-sell, and time to onboard goals
- Create a plan aligned with Sales projections to hit KPI service targets and execute against aggressive timelines
About You
- 3+ Years of Healthcare Experience required; In depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem & industry trends
- 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise or Strategic accounts in fast growing B2B SaaS organizations
- Knowledgeable in HIPAA patient privacy regulations
- Experience growing a customer success organization & managing/mentoring teams
- Track record of implementing metrics driven strategies to drive revenue growth through expansion and account retention
- Expert customer communication at both executive and functional levels, including presentation and project management skills to align internal and external stakeholders and drive key initiatives forward
- Ability to handle multiple requests and interruptions throughout the day, as well as changing priorities and deadlines in an efficient and effective manner
- Excellent verbal and written comm
