What We Do:

Huddle Up has been a leader in pediatric teletherapy services since 2015. Leveraging our proprietary technology platform and our team of expert providers and pediatric clinicians, we bring a passion to treating the whole child and helping them thrive. By removing location as a barrier, we can equalize access to quality support.

As the Marketing Operations Manager at Huddle Up, you will be responsible for the backend integration, set-up and use of marketing automation and email systems to include HubSpot and Active Campaign (or similar), support the integration and build out of Apollo.io, and manage the back-end development of the Huddle Up website on Webflow with the support of internal and external resources.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and test growth experiments across marketing systems
  • Deliver insights on key opportunities for lifecycle funnel opportunity and product led growth
  • Manage the set-up and integration of Marketing Automation Systems including integration to non-marketing systems such as Salesforce
  • Ensure data flows properly between systems and resolve syncing errors in conjunction with our in-house Salesforce Administrator
  • Build and maintain workflows and automations in HubSpot and ActiveCampaign
  • Build, send and test email campaigns to a variety of external audiences
  • Manage website functionality and develop new sections, modules, and landing pages
  • Report on email campaigns and website performance
  • Acting as a liaison with external marketing support including:
    • Creative, Design and Video Contractors
    • SEO/digital agency

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Google Suite or similar office software package
  • Experience using and integrating a variety of digital marketing automation tools and platforms such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Apollo, Webflow, Squarespace, and Salesforce
  • Basic design/layout experience and familiarity with design programs such as Canva and Figma
  • Ability to plan, execute and report on digital marketing campaigns with varying levels of complexity and direction
  • Functional understand of action/engagement based digital, cross-channel consumer marketing journeys
  • Technical aptitude to learn new technologies and troubleshoot issues through the use of system guides, collaboration with vendor account managers, and ongoing training
  • Aptitude for developing scalable campaigns and campaign components
  • Must have accessibility to stable internet and technology

Education and Experience

  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Marketing is preferred but not required
  • 3+ years of experience within B2C/B2B2C marketing required
  • 3+ years of experience within healthcare marketing preferred
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in at least one of the following systems: HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Apollo.io
  • 2+ years of experience in Front and Back-End Web Development in Webflow or similar (WordPress, Squarespace)
  • Intermediate Salesforce experience preferred
  • Intermediate Copywriting and Design (Canva) experience a bonus

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

The on-target earnings for this role is between $75,000 – $100,000. The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience and other qualifications.
